What is Frosh Camp?
Conducted by the Helias Student Council, FROSH CAMP is designed to help welcome our incoming freshman class. The Class of 2024 will participate in a club rush, orientation, team building, and faith building activities as they prepare to be Helias students. This is a tremendously fun and free event for our students and a great way to build positive relationships before school even starts.
8-9: FROSH Camp Registration:
Students will get their shirts, nametags, and schedule for the day.
9:15-10: Parent Meeting:
Parent panel to answer questions and talk about what it is like as a NEW freshman parent!
This will be at a time that will fulfill the Sunday obligation.
Lunch and Dinner will be provided.
IF YOUR STUDENT HAS ANY DIETARY RESTRICTIONS PLEASE SEND FOOD WITH THEM. A REFRIGERATOR AND MICROWAVE WILL BE PROVIDED.

As the parent/guardian of the above student, I acknowledge the adherent risks of participation in such events and recognize that injuries, some extremely serious even resulting in death, can occur. Furthermore, I agree to save, indemnify, and keep harmless Helias Catholic High School, the Helias Advisory Council, and its personnel, including volunteers, and the Diocese of Jefferson City against any and all liability, claims, judgments, or demands for damages arising as a result of injuries sustained while participating in Frosh Camp by Helias Catholic High School.
As the parent/guardian of the above named student, I certify that he/she is free from communicable diseases and fit for full and vigorous participation in Frosh Camp. Further, I grant consent for representatives of Helias Catholic High School to seek medical attention and for all medical care as prescribed by a duly licensed physician administered under any and all conditions as necessary to preserve the life, limb , or well-being of the student.
