Cerebral Palsy- find the cause
We are happy that you chose to use our questionnaire “What is the cause of your child's cerebral palsy.”
Today we know that only 80% of cerebral palsy cases are due to birth-related problems.
The purpose of the questionnaire is to highlight that some cases of cerebral palsy are caused by genetic factors.
In today’s era of genetics, genetic diagnosis can be performed. It is important to determine what caused cerebral palsy.
If a genetic factor is diagnosed, genetic counseling can prevent the next case in the family by consultation even before getting pregnant.
This questionnaire is provided as a service to the public in order to raise awareness of this challenging issue.
