Coaching to Facilitate Behavior Change in Leaders and Teams - David Kohutynski
This session of Diversity Dojo
will take place on the 3rd (THIRD) Floor,
in the Open Space.

Leaders and their teams have direct influence on the performance of others and the culture of the organization. While performance and potential drove their success, many leaders have unproductive habits that don’t always bring out the best in the people around them. Through the introduction of concepts, tools and exercises from Marshall Goldsmith’s Stakeholder Centered Coaching process, you will learn how these habits are identified and addressed to achieve behavior change in the workplace. Behavior change that makes a difference, gets noticed by others, and lasts.

Bring a personal goal or challenge on which you would like to be coached and you could leave with new ideas you can put into action.

• Learn and discuss the core concepts that make up Stakeholder Centered Coaching
• Experiential activities to highlight core concepts and demonstrate how you can use stakeholders to make change happen

• An understanding of how Stakeholder Centered Coaching can help drive positive change in leaders, teams, and company culture
• Exercises that you can use back in the office
• Specific, actionable coaching input on a goal/issue you want to address that impacts your leadership effectiveness
