BUS STOP CHANGE FORM
Complete the Bus Stop Change Request only after receiving your bus schedule and reviewing the “Guidelines for Bus Stops”  and determining that your situation may require special consideration. The criteria are applied to all riders regardless. Requests will NOT be processed during the first 3 weeks of school.

Please Note: All changes affect each student at the current stop – change requests can be denied based on a lack of neighborhood agreement. The following district policies will be taken into consideration. Do not submit a request if it does not meet all of these criteria:
  • Students are expected to walk to th bus stop. No more than one stop will be assigned to a block.
  • Bus stops must be located at corners or areas that provide the best view of traffic.
  • Students residing in cul-de-sacs or on dead-end streets are expected to walk to the nearest intersection with a district-approved bus stop.
