AV Equipment
All rooms will be equipped with: 1) speakers' table; 2) LCD projector; 3) Screen; 4) Speaker's podium; 5) Microphone, if needed for larger rooms. If you need the following items, please come prepared with your own equipment: 1) Laptop computer; 2) External speakers; 3) DVD player. If you have additional AV needs please specify your needs below. Please note that not all AV equipment requested will be available and there may be an additional charge to the presenter for unique requests, including wi-fi access.
