Before we begin, scheduling a phone appointment can solve problems quicker compared to email, but you may need to wait a few days before your scheduled appointment time comes.

Most phone appointments last 30 minutes to 1 hour. During this time, please try to find a quiet and safe place to talk. It's great if you can be at a computer with internet access so you or the advisor can work on documents together.

But we understand that technology or a quiet place may not be possible. We are glad to support you any way we can. You can also choose to hit the back button and submit an email request instead or fill out the information below and we'll call you to set up an appointment with an advisor.
