RentReady Application
This application must be submitted prior to attending the RentReady Class.
Misrepresentation, omission of pertinent facts and/or providing false information will result in your participation in this program being terminated.

RentReady is a program of PartnersHP in conjunction with CAP Services and many community-based partners. RentReady exists to provide training and education to prospective renters while working with local landlords to enable unhoused individuals and those with difficult rental histories find affordable housing.   

RentReady Program Admission Requirements.
  • Verifiable income of at least $1500 per month (Income includes: wages, disability, social security, SSI, child support, SNAP)
  • NOT ON THE SEXUAL OFFENDER REGISTRY
  • No outstanding misdemeanor or felony charges
RentReady DOES NOT provide immediate; short term; or emergency housing.  RentReady does not provide funds for rent or security deposit, however, we may be able to connect you with a local agency, for assistance.
