Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at BOOGALOO Art Car and Music Festival 2017! This year, Grateful Generation will be coordinating the vendor experience. Our goal is to create an energetic exchange between you, us, and our guests. We’re looking for vendors who aspire to the Boogaloo mission, style, and ethos of self expression and embrace vendors who embody this with their buyers.

Vending Fees and Booth Info
Vending Fee: $300
3 installment payment plans will be available.
Those who complete payment prior to March 26th will be given preferential placement. First payment must be received by March 26th to guarantee a space and for inclusion in social media/marketing materials. Final payment due by April 21st. More details to follow soon.

Booth Specifics:
- Booth Space: 10′ x 10′ in the main Market Place
- Event pass for you and 1 guest/assistant
- Parking/Camping on site

Vendors are responsible for providing their own vending environment. We encourage you to decorate, as well as weatherproof your vending space and secure your booth with tie downs. Limited power will be provided for lighting so please bring lights for your space.

Your booth must be set-up and ready prior to gates opening Friday April 28th @ 8am

Vendor area will be located near main stage, so please no sound while stage is active.

Space Allocation, Layout and Setups
We pre-allocate all vendors to spaces based on the following in order of priority: 1. Producer's discretion based on knowledge of space and setups, 2. When ticket was purchased (first come, first served), 3. Longevity and relationship with Grateful/Abundance/Boogaloo Events, 4. Kindness and flexibility. Our goal in layout is to serve the guest experience and create a unique, creative selling space.

While we endeavor to involve you in the layout process and often will ask for your feedback prior to finalizing layouts, we cannot guarantee everyone the same foot-traffic and visibility. Please be courteous during load-in to the volunteers and other vendors. Trust in yourselves and the creative forces that if you have a welcoming setup and beautiful art the people will find you. Lastly, book and confirm early to get involved in every marketing opportunity!

Please communicate any setup questions, special needs or requirements prior to the event. We reserve the right to make adjustments as necessary for safety or guest experience.
