SCHEDULING:
Schedule a corporate team event on M/T/W/Th/F during most of the year. The most popular times are in the afternoons 1:00-5:00, usually starting after lunch.

TIME NEEDED:
It's best to allow at least 3 hrs. for a team of up to 20, and about 3.5-4 hours for more than 20 participants, since we'll need to form multiple lines of shooting. We may run over by as much as 30 minutes, depending on everyone's arrival and ability. If this will be a problem, please let us know, so we can pace the event carefully.

ARRIVALS:  We'll all start together, so please have everyone arrive on time or together.

REFUNDS: If you pay in advance of arrival, a refund will be issued only for cancellations when notice is received by email not less than 24 hours before the session begins. If we cancel the event because of the weather, coach illness, or other unforeseeable situations, we will work with you to reschedule the event or negotiate a refund.

EQUIPMENT:  We provide all equipment necessary during the Corporate Team Event.

DRESS RECOMMENDATIONS:
Flat athletic shoes are best, as we will be throwing our weight forward a little, so balance and weight distribution are important. The bowstring can get slowed or entangled in your clothing or hair, so wearing tightly fitting clothes, no wide skirts, shirts without buttons on the front pockets and tying your hair back is preferable. Longer brim baseball caps often prevent the string from reaching your face, so shorter brims or bucket hats are better.
If the event is on the outdoor field (30+ participants): Please dress appropriate for the weather. It is often windier or colder than anticipated, so bring a jacket or windbreaker.

WAIVERS:  These need to be filled out and signed online by each archer before arriving at the event. All people signing the waivers must be at least 18 years old. For those under 18, a parent/guardian will need to sign for them in advance of the day.
Fill out and submit these waivers in advance of the event at this link: 2025 Waivers for Corporate Team Events

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:    Please let us know if there are any special concepts you would like us to emphasize, or any other considerations which you would like us to take into account.
