Primal Chef Equipment Intake Form
Please complete based on the available items in the host’s kitchen for your event. You do NOT need to go purchase any of these items. The chef will bring over the remainder if needed for the menu. If possible, please send a photo of the kitchen, work-space, and major appliances to Primal Chef prior to your event date.
We recommend discarding any items that are plastic, Teflon non-stick, or aluminum (unless lined with parchment paper) as these pose serious long term health risks. Please do not count any of these items when doing your inventory.
