Leadership for Diversity Paraprofessional Scholarship 2021
This scholarship recognizes the need for school library paraprofessionals who reflect the diversity of California’s multicultural, multilingual population.

Applicants must:
- be a current CSLA member
- be from a traditionally underrepresented group.
- be working in a classified position in the library field.
- be enrolled in a community college program for school library technical service certification.
One scholarship of $1,000 will be given.

Two letters of recommendation and a college transcript or other enrollment verification must be submitted.  Candidates for letters of recommendation include current supervisor, course instructor, classroom teacher, or principal. Email the materials to info@csla.net or fax them to 888-655-8480.

The recipient will be expected to attend the CSLA 2021 Virtual State Conference FEBRUARY 11-12 and 19-20, 2021, and will be recognized at the Membership Meeting on THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 11, 2021. Costs associated with this attendance are not included in the award.
