2021 Camella's Cupboard Food Program Signup
Camella's Cupboard is open to ANY NEW MILFORD FAMILY needing food for their children for ANY reason. We do require the completion of this form so we know how many bags to prepare. No income verification is required, you DO NOT need to receive free or reduced lunch to sign up. Sign up is always open!
All pickups will be in the back of New Milford Public Schools Administration Offices, 50 East Street, New Milford, on Friday evenings.
PLEASE NOTE: Dietary requests cannot be accommodated at this time. BAGS WILL CONTAIN ALLERGENS.
Please indicate if transportation is a barrier for you to pick up. Please note: This program is only for families in the Greater New Milford area (New Milford, Sherman, New Preston, etc.).
