COACHING AND FURTHERING OUR CANVASSING SKILLS: Prepare canvassers to be the best they can be, whether they have canvassed before or not.
RECRUITMENT AND COMMUNITY BUILDING: Reach out to veteran CTC volunteers to identify work they are passionate about and bring new people into CTC.
FUNDRAISING: An opportunity to brag about our great work and make sure that it is sustained. No previous experience necessary!
EVALUATION TEAM: Look back on this cycle: what went well, what didn't, and did we get votes?
TECH LOGISTICS: Make sure our digital volunteers have a seamless experience!
DATA TEAM: Help us make sure we can understand the impact of the work!
COMMUNICATIONS: Get the word out about CTC to current and future volunteers!
RACIAL EQUITY AND INCLUSION TEAM: Collaborate with other CTC teams to ensure that CTC keeps racial equity and inclusion at the core of all operations.
