2017 Gore Festival Volunteers, August 24 - 26

Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Gore Fest 2018! Gore Fest relies on the help of its dedicated volunteers to run a fun and safe event for everyone. We are currently recruiting volunteers to help with parking & event setup, race registration, entrance gate personnel, and the Green Team (aka waste management). Volunteers will receive free entrance to the event grounds, a free Gore Fest 2018 T-Shirt, and a TON of river karma. Volunteers that commit at least 6 hours of time will also be entered in an AWESOME volunteer raffle. Which volunteer jobs are you interested in?

Parking & Event Set Up: Stationed around the event grounds and competition areas, directing people to parking and camping zones

Race Registration: Assisting with on-site race registration, organizing t-shirts, collecting waivers & fees, etc.

Entrance Gate: Welcoming people to the event, collecting entrance fees, hanging out with cool people, etc.

Green Team: Managing zero-waste stations and ensuring there is no contamination of recycling or compost. WHERE ARE THE RECYCLING FANATICS? AND THE COMPOST GURUS? We need you.
