Conquer Your Queendom Conference - Vendor Form
Thanks for your interest in partaking in our Conquer Your Queendom Conference on Sunday, April 28th at Flashlight Factory from 10am-730pm. If your application is accepted, we will notify you a week within form submission.

Some pre-event vendor details for the event are below, and please fill out the form. Once your application is accepted, you will be sent an invoice to pay for your space. Please complete payment within a week of receiving the invoice to secure your spot.

- Each vendor space will have enough room for an 8ft pop-up table + 1-2 chairs
- Please provide your own tablecloth plates, napkins, cups, serving ware, etc needed for what you plan to serve
- Load in time will start at 730am - you must arrive by 9am to start your load in
- Each vendor space is $150
- Vendor space payment: An invoice will be sent via PayPal for vendor space payment.

Our expected number for attendance for this event is 250. If you know of any other local businesses looking to hop on board for the event, please have them drop us a line at info@afayepr.com so we can have them included!
