College Personnel Association of Kentucky (CPAK) is the state chapter for the American College Personnel Association (ACPA). CPAK is hosting the Annual 2020 Conference. This year's theme is: Transforming Higher Education Today: Collaboration⋄ Resiliency ⋄ Access.

The annual conference will focus on how we, as Student Affairs & Higher Education professionals, contribute to the transformation of today's higher education landscape. More specifically, this conference will look at the following components and how they are a catalyst in the transformation of Kentucky's higher education landscape.
1. How collaboration with students, staff, and faculty, both within and across department and discipline, improves our daily work.
2. Our ability to practice resiliency while also helping foster resiliency within our students.
3. Improving access to higher education for students, staff, and faculty with marginalized identities.
CPAK will also host GPS! Graduate Professional Symposium: Navigating Your Student Affairs Career Path on Saturday, January 25, 2020 at Northern Kentucky University. This half day symposium is designed for graduate students interested in careers in higher education, and will provide an opportunity for attendees to network and explore their future in Student Affairs and Higher Education!

Program Proposal Deadline is Monday, December 2, 2019
Selection Committee will notify presenters by Friday, December 13, 2019
Presenters must confirm by Monday, December 23, 2019 and must be registered for the conference by Friday, January 10th.
