AB 1921 would require the following from any game developer/publisher sunsetting games only accessible via their hosted services:
1. Give 60 days notice of the termination of the game's services to the public
2. At the end of the 60 days notice, provide one of three things to their customers:
A. A new version of the game that can be used/operated independent of their hosted services
B. A patch or update to the existing game that allows it to be used/operated independent of their hosted services
C. A refund for the purchase price of the game
3. After the 60 days notice, no longer sell/distribute any non-functional version of the game
