TIME & LOCATION 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Set-up no earlier than 6 a.m. Street festival on Main Street between Elm and Franklin in downtown Bluffton, Ohio.

COST $45.00 per booth through April 17. $65.00 per booth, April 18 - May 1. $25 per booth for chamber members. NO REFUNDS.

APPLICATION APPROVAL: Contact Paula Scott at blufftonchamber@gmail.com by May 6 if you have not received confirmation.

SALES TAX: The festival is located in Allen County, Ohio.

PAYMENT: Check or electronic payment with service fee. Payment links are provided after application is approved. Mail check payable to Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce, PO Box 142, Bluffton, OH 45817.

ABOUT THE FESTIVAL
One of the longest-running arts & crafts shows in Ohio, our 49th annual Bluffton Arts & Crafts Festival will include lots of FREE family entertainment: pony rides, mini golf, a llama exhibit, and live music. This is the day before Mother's Day–shoppers will want to bring mom or find the perfect gift!

Bluffton is in west-central Ohio, Allen County, just 2 minutes from I-75 exits 140 and 142; Bluffton is also near U.S. 30.





BOOTH SPACES
Approximately eighty-five outdoor booth spaces are available. The spaces are 15 feet across by 10 deep. Tents are highly recommended. Electricity is NOT available.

Booths are reserved when payment is received. Please note location preferences in the field provided at the end of this application. Register early!

PARKING & SETUP
Vendors may begin setting up at 6 a.m. on Saturday, May 9, 2020. All vehicles must be removed from the vendor area by 8:45 a.m.

Parking for vendors is in public parking areas only. Do not park in bank lots. Please move your vehicle promptly after unloading.

If you require special parking for a medical reason, please notify the chamber in writing by May 1.
ITEMS FOR SALE
Vendors with non-commercial artwork and crafts are invited to participate in this event. Mass-produced components should be limited and not sold separately.

All merchandise shall be of a family-oriented nature. The Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to refuse any merchandise deemed offensive or not suitable for our festival.

Only chamber members may purchase space for non-arts & crafts booths.
POLICIES & REQUIREMENTS
BOOTH PLACEMENT: No guarantees will be made on booth placement.

ACCEPTANCE OF RISK: The vendor agrees to assume all risk of loss for theft or damage to merchandise and equipment, and liability for injury or damage pertaining to participation in the festival.

NO RAIN DATE: There is no alternate date or facility provided. No refunds are given if the festival is canceled due to weather.

PARTICIPATING VENDORS MUST:

- Abide by and keep show times as stated. No late arrivals or early departures allowed. No vehicles are allowed in the vendor area during the show.

- Begin setup no earlier than 6 a.m. All vehicles must be removed from the vendor area by 8:45 a.m.

- Conduct business within the assigned booth.

- Supply their own currency to make change.

- Be responsible for collecting sales tax. Only a vendor with 501(c)(3) status may make sales up to six dates per year without collecting and submitting sales tax.

- Supply their own booth equipment such as tables, chairs, and canopies.

INSURANCE & VENDOR LICENSE REQUIRED
All vendors must provide proof of liability insurance and vendor license. Provide a certificate of insurance with a minimum $300,000 liability with certificate holder "Bluffton Area Chamber of Commerce," PO Box 142, Bluffton, OH 45817.
