$10 fee per booth - Select payment option below. Fee must be collected to secure booth.
100% of profits made through ticket sales during Village Fest go directly to Club/Team hosting the booth. Please let us know who the check should be made out to.
Set-up starts at 2 pm and games begin at 3:30 pm (early release for those setting up booths)
Club/Team must bring all booth supplies (pop-up, table(s), chairs, signs/posters/banner, game supplies, prizes and booth décor).
Clean-up is at 7 pm, exit is at 8 pm. Need to leave the field/courtyard the same way you found it.
