This is your chance to raise money for your club, team or organization. Fill out this form to get a booth!

FORM AND PAYMENT DUE by Friday, April 14th.
$10 fee per booth - Select payment option below. Fee must be collected to secure booth.
100% of profits made through ticket sales during Village Fest go directly to Club/Team hosting the booth. Please let us know who the check should be made out to.
Set-up starts at 2 pm and games begin at 3:30 pm (early release for those setting up booths)
Club/Team must bring all booth supplies (pop-up, table(s), chairs, signs/posters/banner, game supplies, prizes and booth décor).
Clean-up is at 7 pm, exit is at 8 pm. Need to leave the field/courtyard the same way you found it.
An approval for your booth will be emailed to the contact listed

BOOTH IDEAS

Can Toss - inspired by the Angry Birds, make your own version out of tin cans painted with angry bird faces. Use soft rubber balls to knock down all cans to win a prize

Pool Noodle Throw - Use duct tape to bend pool noodles into circles and hang them from a frame. Give kids a set number of throws, awarding a prize when a pool noodle makes it through a goal. These can easily be hung from the top of an EZ up.

Prizes should be fun, but inexpensive. Try the Oriental Trading Company or a dollar store for Bouncy Balls, Rope, Lollipops, slap or rubber bracelets, Stuffed animals and Stickers.
