Did you know that water polo was the first team sport in the Summer Olympics? It's true! In 1900 the Summer Olympics adopted water polo as an exhibition sport!
Rancho Tsunami WPC, from here forwarded known as RTWPC, is a unique club in the fact that we are a "player first" organization. Our experienced staff and administration take ALL athlete's, of all ability levels, individual needs and concerns in their individual development process. We approach club sports with this simple mantra..."individual development through team culture." RTWPC has some of the strongest bonds amongst parents and athletes in the water polo community. We go beyond the pool making sure to celebrate academics, personal benchmark achievements, celebrate the holidays, and wrap it all up with a year end club banquet that is second to none.
RTWPC is a member of the Southern Pacfic Zone of USA Water Polo, club #31438. Club membership ranges from ages 5-18 years old, boys and girls of all ability levels. RTWPC is the only local club that houses a non-competitive beginners program and an all new 8 & Under team, otherwise known as the Tsunami "Breakers".
RTWPC is locally based encompassing the greater area of Rancho Cucamonga, and serves adjoining communities such as:

RTWPC is like any other club sport and is a private, members only institution. All coaches, cross fit coaches, and swim coaches are properly vetted and certified via USAWP and SafeSport. RTWPC does travel for those higher level competitive teams, as well competes in the annual USAWP National Junior Olympics.
