We have set aside tables in the Assembly area outside the Westchester Ballroom of our hotel for the use of Fan Organizations. Fan Tables are free to other conventions or charitable organizations, but you must provide the personnel to staff these tables. All table staff must have a Lunacon membership. All groups requesting a fan table MUST fill out the form below.
Please be aware that, based on table space restrictions, some groups may need to share tables in order to ensure that everyone can fit. We will do our best to accommodate everyone. Generally, preference will be given based on the order we receive requests, but we will try to satisfy as many requests as possible. However, while seated Worldcons, bids for future conventions, and other local and regional conventions will be given priority, they will also be the most likely to share a table. In addition, we will do our best to provide equivalent space for similar groups. For example, we will try to make sure that all Worldcon bids have the same amount of space.
As a reminder, no general merchandise sales are permitted at Fan Tables. You can sell memberships to your conventions or events, logo merchandise from your organization, and other items made exclusively for and by your organization, but sales for profit are not allowed. If you are selling general merchandise, such as books, CDs, or art, you should fill out an application for the Dealers' Room.
