New Client Inquiry Process:
SPCC availability is checked weekly. If/When we determine if a counselor is a good fit and has availability for new clients, we will have the counselor reach out to you for scheduling. Once you are connected to the counselor, all scheduling communication will go through them. If we do not have availability at the time of your inquiry, we will try to reach out to you within the week to let you know.
To help us determine if we have a therapist available who fits your needs, please fill out as much of this form as you can. Our intake team or a counselor will try to be in touch within 3-5 business days to inform you about potential openings. If you do not hear from our intake team within a week, please try us again.
