This Thursday 8/16 is the first day of Coalition UPASS Bargaining. As an extension of the equity demands we made while bargaining our full contract in the spring, our Local is joining five other campus unions to demand a subsidized UPASS for everyone. Help kick off the campaign strong by joining fellow union members across campus for a rally Thurs 8/16 from 12 noon to 1pm on Lower Rainier Vista (near the Light Rail station). Wear your blue shirts, and if you need one, more will be available at the rally.
