Summer in Copenhagen is an awesome time.  You can always find lots of events, lots of people in the streets, by the canals, and in parks having lots of fun!

We want you to experience all that fun!
Barbequing and hanging out in the parks of Copenhagen in the summer is a significant part of the Danish summer and you are now granted the opportunity to be a part of it along with all your new DIS friends! Don’t let it slip past you!

If you ever had a dream of trying longboarding, this is your opportunity! During the event, four longboards and instructors will be available to you and your friends. So the only thing you really have to do is show up and enjoy yourself. In exchange we provide food, s’mores, great weather, music, and lots of fun summer games (soccer, beach games, croquet, etc.).

If any of this sounds appealing at all, join us for a true Danish Barbeque! The menu also include vegetarian- and vegan friendly choices.

The event will take place at Amager Strandpark from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m on June 27. We will be at the bridge closest to the metro stop ‘Amager Strand Station’ to greet you from 4 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. After that, you’ll have to look for the DIS flags to find us in the beach park. The event will be located just on the opposite site of the bridge.
