This survey is part of the “New Normal” project (mobilitylab.org.uk/new-normal) that seeks to understand transport in COVID-19 and beyond. Some things may fundamentally change, while others may spring "back to normal". We want to ask as many people as we can what they believe will happen.

This survey can be answered in as little as 10 minutes. However, since many questions are open, you can spend as much time as you like answering them. We are very happy with longer answers, but feel free to be brief in your feedback if time is scarce. If any question makes you uncomfortable or you just don't know how to answer, go ahead and skip it. They're all optional.

Finally a quick note about the term "transport". We have selected this word as an overarching term to describe the systems, services, people, companies, and organizations that keep us moving and going where we want or need to go. Everything from your own bike or car to a bus, train, or taxi. Used in this way, the term "transport" includes other related topics such as "public transit" and "new mobility services" like bikeshare, Uber, or Lyft.
