Frontier 2026 Car Show Vendor Application  
Sunday June 21st, 10am-4pm at Frontier Trampoline Park, 3501 E Lincolnway Ste B Cheyenne Wy.
Note: We will be having a car show in the parking lot, vendors can be inside/outside. There is a public Wi-Fi, if you choose to use it, but outside vendors may run into service issues. 
Tables are not provided. You will need to bring your own.
Spaces are available on a first come first served basis - applications are time stamped for this purpose and are processed accordingly. Spaces will be assigned. Special requests will not be guaranteed. We will limit vendors selling the same items (color street, Scentsy, etc.)
Payment is due no later than 14 days after receipt of invoice, if payment is not made within 14 days, the vendor will be dropped from the show unless payment arrangements are made. No vendor space reservation will be held until the application has been approved and the invoice is paid in full. Once your application has been processed and approved, you will receive an invoice via ROLLER through your preferred selected method. If your application is not approved, you will receive an email indicating you have been placed on the waitlist.
Cancellation: No refunds will be given for cancellations requested after June 7th.
Vendors are prohibited from adding additional vendors/sellers not indicated on their application.
Set-up times: Set up will open at 7am, day of, June 21st.
We ask that vendor tear down is complete by 5pm, one hour after the event.
Vendor parking: Once you have unloaded, please move your vehicle away from the building to allow customers room to park. The parking lot will not have driving access after 10am, so please plan accordingly.
Vendor Costs: $20 per booth. Raffle baskets are being requested. Any booth that submits a raffle basket will receive a shoutout during the event during the Basket Showcase. If you would like to have guaranteed electric, for an additional $5, please indicate it below. Electric spots are limited. There is no electric option for outdoor vendors.

Please be kind and respectful to everyone. Any vendor who treats another person in a disrespectful, threatening or abusive manner will be asked to leave the premises immediately at their own expense.
Liability Release and Indemnification Clause *

Vendors must hold the licensing rights for items that require it (i.e. UW, Disney, Marvel, NFL, etc.). Vendors who sell these items must be prepared to provide proof of licensure upon request. Vendors who do not provide proof of licensure when asked, may be asked to remove the items in question from their inventory or leave the show immediately with no refund, at the discretion of the event organizers.

Vendor will indemnify and hold harmless Frontier Trampoline Park,  from any and all claims, actions, liability, and expenses caused by, resulting from, or related to Vendor’s act, omission, or failure to comply with the terms of this clause, whether such act, omission, or failure was the Vendor’s or its employee(s) and/or agent(s).  Upon notice from the Company, Vendor will defend, at its own expense, any such claim, action, or liability and shall reimburse the Company for any expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, incurred by the Company’s in defense of such claim, action, or liability.

Sales tax collection and reporting to the State of Wyoming is the responsibility of each vendor.

Vendors selling food are responsible for obtaining their own food permit from the City of Cheyenne and the Laramie County Health Department.

I certify that I have read and understand the policies and procedures outlined above. I also understand that there will be no refunds should I fail to set-up by the time specified. I release Frontier Trampoline Park of all responsibility and liability for damages, loss or injury.
I understand that participation in such activities is an inherently dangerous activity. Risks include, but are not limited to, property damage, loss or destruction, serious physical injury and/or death. These risks may further include potential exposure to an infection from viral diseases including but not limited to the coronavirus.
In exchange for the opportunity to participate in this show, I do hereby, for myself, my heirs and personal representatives release and discharge Frontier Trampoline Park from all actions, causes of action, damages, claims or demands for all known or unknown personal injuries, property damage or death resulting from or arising out of my participation in the above described activity or events.
I am submitting this application and release, voluntarily and without coercion and in consideration of the permission to participate and/or any other consideration provided to me in connection with the activities and/or events described herein. I further certify that I am 18 years of age or older. If I am a minor, my parent or guardian, by submitting below, fully participates in and acknowledges the contents and effect of this waiver and release on my behalf.
