Carts must be placed for curbside pickup by 5 AM on the day of scheduled pickup. All garbage should be bagged if possible and placed inside of cart.
If cart is not placed in an immediately visible area and is free of obstruction at the time of pickup, trash will not be picked up and an extra charge will be assessed if a return visit is requested.
Extra items not in the cart will be noted and charges will be assessed if necessary. For a small additional charge you may opt to have an additional cart if necessary.
Large Items that will not fit into an empty cart will not be picked up as part of the regular weekly service. Contact us at (910)557-0177 to schedule any bulky item pickup. Custom pick up charges will vary.
Damaged/ Stolen Carts
Your cart is the property of Tedder Trash Solutions LLC. However, it is the responsibility of the customer to maintain it, keep it in a safe place, and secure it during adverse weather conditions. Stolen carts or any damage caused by the cart is the responsibility of the customer. Regular wear on the cart will be covered by Tedder Trash Solutions LLC. Replacement value is $50.00.
Billing will be done monthly, quarterly, or annually. All bills are subject to late fees of five dollars . All recurring bills will be sent on the 15th of the month prior to service and due by the 5th of the service month. Bills will then incur late fees after 30 days. Service will be suspended after forty-five days of non-payment.
Termination of Service
If at any point service needs to be ended, please call 910-557-0177 to have your cart picked up. Please don't take it with you or leave without notifying us, otherwise a fee will be charged.
