By signing up now, your child’s attendance slot can be secured for fall attendance. Those families not signing up at this time will not secure their child’s current attendance slot for next school year. Transfer decisions are based upon a secured registration. The parental sign-up of their child (children), is considered a secured registration. Students who are currently on free lunch/book rental will continue in this program until September 2017, but still must return their forms.
Please check the appropriate line, fill in your child’s name, and return the form to your child’s school. A fall registration day will be conducted in August 2016, for new students and those families not taking the opportunity to register during this period. The school will begin accepting the spring registration forms April 24, 2017. The spring registration process will end on May 12, 2017. Registration after May 12, 2017 will not be considered as secured for transfer purposes. Contact your local elementary school with any questions. Thank you for your assistance.
