If you have a feral cats you would like to help with a spay/neuter surgery,  please complete this form and we will get in touch with you before our next clinic in your area, usually two weeks before. We will keep your name on our list for one year from your signup. 

A FERAL/TNR CAT is a free ranging unsocialized outdoor cat who is not accustomed to human contact. Do you have access to enough humane traps?  We do not have adequate traps to loan everyone, so ask local TNR programs, shelters and rescues, friends, family, neighbors, facebook groups, etc for traps you can borrow. We also charge a deposit of $100 per trap, so borrow from locals. *
Do you know how to humanely trap cats?  If not, there are some great online resources online that can assist you, such as Kitten Lady and Alley Cat Allies. *
We do not provide trapping services or trapping/transport assistance.  Are you physically able to humanely trap cats, or is there someone you know that could assist you? *
Cats coming into our clinic will need to be dropped off for their appointment, and will need to be picked up on the same day. The person who signs these cats up under their name will be the person required to complete all paperwork, and sign all waivers at the time of the appointment. Are you physically able to bring the cats to a clinic (usually within an hour drive), or do you have someone that could drive/bring them to a clinic with you? *
Cats can not regulate body temperature after anesthesia, and require a temperature controlled environment in which to recover overnight. Are you able to hold these cats overnight in a temperature controlled environment (mud room, heated garage, kitchen/laundry/bath, etc.)? *
How many FERAL cats do you need assistance with?  Let us know the total number and we'll give you as many appointments as we can. Keep in mind you'll need traps for all! *
