Training will be held on January 7, 2021 from 9:00-11:00 at the central office - 195 North Bank Street, Oneida.

NEW substitute teachers will be required to complete an employment application, get a federal background check ($35.15), drug screen ($25), and physical. This must be done PRIOR TO the training. Information and forms needed to complete these items can be picked up in the lobby at the OSSD Central Office. The address is 195 North Bank Street, Oneida, TN.

RETURNING substitute teachers who were active and in good standing during the 2019-20 school year, will not need to complete a new application, background check, drug screen, or physical. You will have the opportunity to update your paperwork at the training if necessary.

You will receive an email copy of this form once you click submit. If you do not receive a copy, the form was not successfully submitted. Please resubmit if necessary.
