The Clearwater Festival is a two day event. Exhibitor groups are expected to staff their booths both days during festival hours.
BOOTHS:-Each booth space is 10'x10'.-No electricity is available in the Activist Area. Generators are not allowed.-Balloons are not allowed.-Each exhibitor group must bring their own tables and chairs.-The festival does not provide any cover in the Activist Area - it is strongly recommended that each exhibitor group bring a pop-up tent.-All petition signing, leafletting, and merchandising takes place within exhibitor's designated booth space in the Activist Area.

SET-UP**:When you arrive at the festival, check-in with Reception then drive to the Activist Area. 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM Friday, June 14, 20196:30 AM - 8:00 AM Saturday, June 15, 2019
**WE STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU SET UP ON FRIDAY BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 12PM AND 9PM BECAUSE:-No vendor cars will be allowed to enter the festival grounds after 8:00am on Saturday.-You must check-in with Reception and drive to the Activist Area prior to 8:00am in order to drive your car to your booth space.-All cars must be off the festival grounds by 8:00am. If your car is not removed by 8:00am it will be towed. The Parks Department will not allow the festival to open the gates for the audience until all cars are off the grounds.-If you arrive after 8:00am you will need to hand carry your supplies to your booth space from a temporary parking site approx. 1/4 mile from the Activist Area.-If you arrive after 9:00am it is likely you will be directed to the train station in which case you will need to transport your supplies by shuttle bus to the festival entrance and hand carry from there.
TAKE-DOWN:Vehicles will not be allowed on the festival grounds Sunday evening until all patrons have exited (approximately 9pm). OTHER INFO:
-Camping. Exhibitor groups are allowed to camp next to their booth. All tents and camping equipment must be taken down and removed by 8:00 AM on Saturday and Sunday. Camping is also available in the Volunteer/Vendor Camping area on Friday through Sunday night. Some campsites in the Volunteer/Vendor Camping area have fire pits available for cooking. Fires are only allowed in campground fire pits. A limited number of RV sites (with electrical and water hookups) are available by reservation only and fill up quickly. Please call the Clearwater Office (845-265-8080 x7112) for details and availability.-Food. Vendors/Exhibitors can bring their own food or purchase food from food vendors. Food vendors are only open during festival hours.-Parking. Vendors/Exhibitors must park in designated areas and keep parking pass visible on dashboard with cell phone contact number. Additional parking is available at the Metro North Train Station (shuttle available to main festival entrance) or in Croton Point Park where the County Parks Department charges $10/car. -Pets. No pets are allowed on the festival site except working service animals.-First-Aid. On-site first aid is available throughout the weekend. -If accepted, you will receive a contract to fill out and return by March 16, 2018. Payment will also be due at this time. -You will be require to provide proof of liability insurance.
