SMILE & Explore Program - Pre-Registration
Your child’s teacher has reviewed recent Literacy and/or Math assessment data and considered the supports that enable your child to make effective progress in their current classroom.  We believe that additional exposure to important literacy and numeracy skills will benefit your child’s growth.

Program Date: July 10 - August 4, Monday-Friday
Program Times: 8:30-3:00 (AM and PM academics with lunch between sessions)
Program Location: Peter Noyes School

Please complete this form on behalf of your child. This information is essential to our next step in the planning process and we appreciate your response arriving by Friday, March 24th. If you are registering more than one child, please complete a separate form for each participant.

This form serves as a pre-registration. In the event your child is enrolled in any part of the program, you will hear from us with important logistical information, as well as a form to share more about your child.
