ICoME 2025 Registration

Welcome to the 23rd International Conference on Media in Education (ICoME), to be held August 7–9, 2025, at Inha University in Incheon, Korea.

This year’s theme, “Transforming Educational Media: Towards Accountable and Inclusive Future Learning,” invites us to reflect on the role of educational media in a time of rapid technological change and growing demands for equity and relevance in learning.

All participants, whether presenting or attending as the audience, are kindly asked to complete the registration process to join ICoME 2025.

Registration fees:

- Member Rates (KAEIM, JAEMS, JSET, CAET, TCC): KRW 130,000

- Non-Member Rates: KRW 150,000

- Student Rates: KRW 40,000

Registration Deadline: Tuesday, July 22, 2025

*All registration fees will be collected in KRW on-site due to exchange rate issues.

3. Parking Pass

  • Parking passes are available at a discounted rate if requested in advance:

    • 2,000 won for 4 hours 

    • 5,000 won for 12 hours

  • If you do not request in advance, you can still pay by credit card at the campus gate. 
  • Payment can be made by on-site cash (in Korean Won) or by bank transfer if arranged beforehand.
  • Please check if you would like to request a Parking Pass
