WVCTM "Golden Holtan" Mini-Grant Application Form

Each year, the West Virginia Council of Teachers of Mathematics awards the "Golden Holtan", a $400 mini-grant for classroom projects named in honor of Dr. Boyd Holtan, a retired mathematics education professor from West Virginia University and a long-time active member of WVCTM. 

Teachers in public or private schools in West Virginia who are members of the West Virginia Council of Teachers of Mathematics are eligible. Members of the WVCTM Board of Directors are not eligible to apply.

The award will be given at the banquet for the WVCTM conference. Awardees are encouraged to attend if possible. Preference will be given to members who have not recently received the award, though past awardees may receive the award. One proposal per applicant per year, please.
