This is the 2024 Church of St. Mary/St. Patrick Lake Forest STUDENT Volunteer Application (Grades 6-12).

Grades: Rising Kindergarten - 5th Grade

Applications must be completed entirely to be processed.  The receipt of this application does not mean volunteer openings exist, and does not obligate Church of St. Mary in any way.  You will receive an email notification by June 15th whether a position is available for you.
