Block Party Vendor Form
Thank you for your interest in participating in our Be A Mentor Block Party-- a spring celebration of our community and the power of our young entrepreneurs! The event will be Saturday, April 29th from 11-4pm at St. Julian Devine Community Center and will feature a live DJ, local vendors (like you!), food, and games! Event will be heavily advertised across local media outlets in a variety of mediums. Booth reservation is on a first come, first serve basis. No cold items please.

In lieu of vendor rent, we are asking for vendors to make a $20 donation to Be A Mentor as a booth reservation. Proceeds will go towards continuing and expanding our Entrepreneurship Club programming. Donations will be accepted through our online platform, cash, or check. The last day to donate will be April 24th at 5pm.
