Please note that this is an interest form. Your registration is NOT complete until your payment is received.

*NOTE - all tents and display items must be secured and weighted down by YOUR staff. STAKING INTO THE GROUND IS PERMITTED.

Each sponsor will be notified 3 weeks prior to the Festival to review (if applicable) the products that will be sold/dispersed. This notice will provide instructions necessary to access your form and edit/add information to the form.
