ABMA Nominations Form
In lieu of the recent cancelation of the ABMA Professional Working Group, the Board of Directors have voted to allow the nomination and elections of Officers and Board Members to be conducted virtually for the 2021 session.

+ You can fill out this form as many times as you like.

+ Following the nomination period, the Membership Director and Assistant will verify the membership of the Nominee and contact the nominee to verify they accept the Nomination.

+ The individual will then have 1 week to return a picture and 2 - 5 minute speech as to why they want to run for the position they are seeking.

+ The picture and video will be added to the official ballot with the nominees Names, for all Members to view when they vote.

+ Nominees will also be given a chance to go live on the ABMA Facebook page with the PAO to state their case before our AB Community.

+ Ballots will only be mailed to dues paying members. Anyone who pays dues during the election season will be sent a ballot once payment for dues is received.

FROM THE SOP: Section I. The officers of this Association shall be a President, an Executive Vice-President,
Regional Vice-Presidents, a Secretary, a Treasurer, a Financial Assistant, six Directors, two Life-Time
(permanent during the life of the Director) Board of Director, and one or two (as determined by a vote
from the General Assembly) Life Emeritus (permanent during the life of the Director).
