By submitting this registration form, I confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that participation in Kaslo Camps activities involves inherent risks and that I will be required to complete and sign all required waiver and consent forms before my child attends camp.

I understand that registration is not confirmed until payment has been received and accepted. I have read and agree to the camp policies regarding safety, participant expectations, cancellations, and refunds.
