ENROLMENT

After School classes are offered to students from Prep to Yr 6/7 at schools on booking form, but these classes are for those school communities only.

Studio Classes are open to students from any school.

Studio Juniors are for students from Prep to Year 6/7 & Studio Seniors are for Students from Years 6 to 10.

Classes are run in accordance with the school term based on a 10 week Term.

There are no classes on Public Holidays or at schools when there is a student free day.

There is a limited number of places per class, these are allocated on a first booked basis.

Please note BOOKING a place makes you LIABLE FOR FEES .

Your position in the class is only confirmed once booked via the booking form and payment has been made.

Each term current booked students are given first preference to book for the following Term until the cut off date, then places will be offered to students on the waiting list.

CLASSES

If your student is absent or unable to attend the lesson, please text me on 0421 673 083 prior to the lesson.
Students need to make their own way to the classroom, and meet me outside the room. (unless prior arrangements have been made)

During class time I cannot answer my mobile phone, so please Text me on 0421 673083 if you need to notify me of any change of plans, if you're running late etc.
If someone other than a parent or family member is picking your student up, please inform me prior to the class.

Parents (or an allocated responsible adult) must be contactable at ALL times during the class.

FEES & PAYMENT

Fees are charged per term, they include all materials needed for the class

Please note if you book a place you are liable for the terms fees, as materials are purchased & costs are incurred.

There are no refunds or credits for missed classes due to illness, public holidays, family holidays, school camps, or other activities/play dates etc, I will help the student catch up

PHOTOGRAPHY

Images of your child and their artwork may be taken during class time for use in Art projects, for the Newsletter, or for use on our social media pages for Publicity purposes.
Jenni reserves the right to publish any photographs of the children working in class, and or artwork created by the students.
If you do not wish for your child to be photographed, please inform Jenni before your child first class.
