2025 Heartland Book Festival - Author Interest Submission Form

Thank you for your interest in the Heartland Book Festival, taking place October 10-11, 2025, in Kansas City, Missouri.

The Heartland Book Festival is now accepting author submissions. Authors can apply to participate as part of a panel discussion the festival team plans, or they can submit a full panel discussion proposal. 

After submitting the form, no further action is needed unless notified by the festival team. Capacity is limited; submission of a form does not guarantee inclusion. 

Submission deadline is May 15, 2025.
