Vendor space is available for crafters, artisans, independent consultants, small businesses, organizations, and freelancers who have goods or services to offer to the public. Space is also available for vendors who wish to lead a hands-on activity for people to take part in during the event. Possible ideas for activities include:

Cookie decorating
Card making
Crafting a Klaus beard
Bookmark decorating
Make & take ornaments
Make & take signs
DIY holiday wreath
DIY stocking craft
Instrument Playing
Sensory tree craft
Toilet paper roll elves
3D snowflakes
Decorate gingerbread houses
Hosting a giving tree
Manger Scene - Live
Organizing a “give-back” booth
Outdoor tree ornaments
Trivia (host / lead)
Ugly sweater contest (host / lead - Can arrange for on-site voting.)

Food will be served on-site, so the only food vendors permitted are those selling packaged goods for consumers to take home. If you are a food vendor, you are required to submit a copy of your food permit.

The registration deadline is November 10th.
Space will be allotted on a first-come, first-serve basis.

BOOTH DETAILS
8x10 booth space
One table and two chairs will be provided. If more are needed vendor will need to provide them.
$30 per space - no electric
$40 per space - with electric - vendor must provide own extension cords
THOSE PARTNERING WITH PCT TO OFFER FREE OR AT-COST ACTIVITIES WILL NOT BE CHARGED FOR SPACE.

Booth set-up is Sunday, November 21, starting at 8:00 am must be completed by 11:00 am EST.

*Registration is non-refundable unless the event is canceled.
Payment must be received prior to the deadline of November 10th.

Vendors are required to submit photos of the merchandise they plan to sell. Pulaski County Tribe has the right, but not the obligation, to use these photos in the event feed on Facebook and has the right to use them on pulaskicountytribe.com

Vendors are required to promote the event to their audiences either through social media, email, or website.

SUBMISSION OF REGISTRATION FORM AND MAILING OF REGISTRATION FEE DOES NOT CONFIRM BOOTH SPACE. You will be contacted by phone or email by the Pulaski County Tribe advising of status.
