SkyCave Arts Renters Form

Thank you for choosing SkyCave Arts as space for creation, education and collaboration. 

Our Neon LunchBox Creator's Studio has table seating for to 8-11 adults and standing benches for up to 4-5 more.  

Pricing: The SkyCave Community Space (AKA The Neon Lunchbox) is rentable at an hourly rate determined by the type of class, workshop or meeting. Please fill out form below to help determine rate.

Capacity

Space is limited to 8-12 (adults or children) for class/workshop attendance.

Rates

Non-Art workshop (general meetings) - $20/hour*

Art/Crafts workshop - $40/hour*

Tools/Materials (if necessary) costs vary  

Event - Varies depending on your needs. Please describe below*

*Hourly rate does not factor your setup and break down time. You decide the time you need within the hours you have reserved.

Neon LunchBox Makerspace Agreements and Expectations


What you can expect from us and our space:

  • Timely communication to make our collaboration work

  • A SkyCave Resident Artist to open, close and facilitate any of your needs

  • A clean facility ready for you

  • Use of basic restroom needs; toilet paper, hand soap, hand towels 


What we expect from you:

  • Timely communication

  • The space being cleaned; all table tops to be wiped down, carpet vacuumed and garbage emptied
