If you don’t see your item listed here, please let me know — many unique products (such as sports items, home décor, or specialty accessories) can be sourced through my print partners.
To get started, please choose the product(s) you’d like customized and provide details about your design idea. You’ll also see three design service tiers below so you know exactly what’s included before we begin. This ensures that your time and mine are valued, and that mockups and creative work are reserved for serious requests.
Please note: This request form is for the custom design service only. You will receive mockups and a final design file (high-resolution PNG with transparent background).
If you would like to have your design printed on an actual product (such as a T-shirt, blanket, or mug), you can purchase the item separately through my shop. I can provide you with a private link once your design is ready.
Pricing Tiers
Tier 1 – Basic Design ($15)
Includes:
- One simple design (name, short phrase, or small graphic)
- One product type mockup (T-shirt, blanket, mug, etc.)
- One mockup provided
- One minor revision allowed (based on original description)
- Final delivery: High-resolution PNG file (transparent background) + 1 product mockup
- Turnaround: 1–3 business days (based on current order volume)
Note: Physical product not included. If you would like this design printed on an actual item, I will provide a separate purchase link.
Tier 2 – Standard Package ($25)
Includes:
- Up to two detailed design concepts (text + graphics)
- Choice of up to two product types (example: mug + jewelry)
- Up to three mockups provided
- Up to two revisions allowed (based on original description)
- Final delivery: High-resolution PNG file (transparent background) + 3 product mockups
- Turnaround: 1–3 business days (based on current order volume)
Note: Physical product not included. If you would like this design printed on an actual item, I will provide a separate purchase link.
Tier 3 – Premium Package ($45)
Includes:
- Up to six detailed design concepts (text + graphics)
- Choice of multiple product types (great for group gifts or fundraisers)
- Up to five mockups provided
- Up to three revisions allowed (based on original description)
- Final delivery: High-resolution PNG file (transparent background) + 5 product mockups
- Priority turnaround: 1–2 business days

⚠️ Important: Revisions are based on your original description. If you change your mind or request a completely new concept, that will require an additional fee.
Please note: once you fill out this form you’ll receive an invoice based on the design tier you select. No work begins until payment is received. All design service fees are non-refundable.
