Book Club Hold Request
Due to changes with PINES policies, book club holds will now need to be placed by a staff member to help patrons receive their books in time. If you would like to check out a physical copy of the book club selection, please complete this form. 

Patrons will need to complete the form for each book they would like to request. A hold will be placed within seven (7) days of them completing this form, so plan accordingly!

If you prefer to read online or purchase your own copy, you do not need to complete this form. There is no registration needed to participate in these programs.
