How volunteering works:

Note: We estimate that we will finalize volunteer selection by June 15th. If you're worried about the conference selling out and not getting tickets, you can purchase your tickets now and, if selected to volunteer, we will provide you with a full refund.

List of primary responsibilities:
Check-in attendees, ushering people to the right area to remain on schedule, watching for violations of our code-of-conduct, assisting with set-up and tear-down.

The Worlds Fair is being held in San Francisco, CA. The event takes place over 3 days: June 25, 26, 27 of June 2024. There is an additional setup day on June 24. 

There are two general shifts:

Morning Shift: 7:30am - 1:00pm
Afternoon Shift: 12:30pm - 7:30pm

* 1/2 day free admission granted only on days that you work 1/2 a day.
