Please note that filling this form does not guarantee a spot, we will contact you within 48hrs to confirm the registration. Priority is given to those who sign up for full week , full day.

This form is good for registering up to 2 campers at a time (if they are attending all of the same days).
If you have more than 2 campers, or your campers will attend at different times, please submit another form and indicate in the comment section that they are in the same family.

Your email address will be used to receive invoices/ receipts, camp agenda and any important notice.

By submitting this registration form, you have reviewed and agreed to the following studio policy.

Late registration: If register less than 48hrs before camp day, an extra 10% will apply to camp fees. Full payment must be made at least a week before camp starts or else will consider as a late registration.

Late cancellation: If cancel due to whatever reason in less than 24 hour notice, there will be no credit back or make up day.

Cancellation or change of date: If the change is made with more than 24 hour notice, $15 administration fee is charged for each day of change.

NO REFUNDS once payment is made and upon registration, you have indicated that you have reviewed and agreed to our policy.

Sickness : We understand it can be hard to predict when your kid is sick. Please try your very best to let us know asap, although there's a admin fee of $15 per day, we can credit the remaining balance for future use (i.e. future camps, classes, workshops etc.)
