All Industry Cruise 2018- Sponsor Application
The All-Industry Cruise Committee is seeking proposals for sponsoring vendors for the 13th Annual All-Industry Cruise on August 8, 2018.

ABOUT
The All-Industry Cruise is an outdoor and indoor, paid event open to all professionals in the event and hospitality industries, taking place aboard the Inspiration Hornblower at Seaport Village (Fish Harbor Pier).
- Estimated event attendance, based upon prior years, is 1,500.

TIMELINE
4:45pm - Registration Opens
5:00pm - Event begins and yacht opens
7:30pm - Yacht departs for a short cruise
9:00pm - Yacht returns to the dock
9:30pm - Event Ends

CONDITIONS
● All sponsoring vendors will provide services free of charge as a 100% sponsorship
● Each sponsoring vendor must be a current member of at least one of the 12 participating associations
● Food & Beverage sponsoring vendors must meet all San Diego County Health Department Food Establishment Requirements
● NO PARKING BENEFITS ARE INCLUDED - Load In & Parking locations will be sent prior to the event.

SPONSOR BENEFITS
● Promotion via collateral including invites and Facebook posts before the event, and via on-site signage / logo display during the event
● Exposure to thousands of event, meeting and hospitality professionals
● Two (2) complimentary tickets to the event
● (1) 6’ Tabletop or dedicated space for showcasing products
● List of attendees in a .pdf format with names and companies (to be provided by the All-Industry Committee two weeks after the event) - EMAIL ADDRESSES WILL NOT BE PROVIDED (We are working to have the guests opt in to have their e-mails shared so for those who opt in you will get those e-mails).
