Let's make npm-run scripts silent.
As you may already know, run-scripts that exit with a non-zero error code trigger additional logging and create a npm-debug.log file.
This is really annoying if you use run-scripts to accomplish basic tasks during development like linting, testing, building...

The idea to make a PR to npm to make things a little less verbose... But before doing this, we need to know what would be your preference. So please tell us. You can select multiple answers.
