Avalon Summer Show - Freedom
Our Summer Show of 2019 will be a celebration of freedom! The freedom to be creative in your artistic expression. The size of works and subject matter are at the discretion of our member artists! A gentle reminder that the Gallery at Avalon is a public space, so please refrain from showcasing religious or controversial content in your works.

Eligibility Requirements:
You must be a current member of AAG to submit work.

KEY DATES:
Work must be delivered and picked up on days specified. There is no storage area at Avalon. Any work left behind may be subject to a holding donation to the Alpha Arts Guild. Please contact us ahead of time if you have any issues regarding the date and time. We cannot accommodate requests on delivery day.

• Submissions due by email and form: Sunday, May 5, 2019. Please use this form to submit your artworks and artist
informations. Email us if you have any issues regarding the form.

• Delivery of accepted work: 5000 Avalon Blvd, Alpharetta, GA 30009
Date: Wednesday, May 15, 2019,
Time: 2:30-4:30pm.
Pick up from previous show will be at the same time: Wednesday, May 15, 2:30 - 4:30pm
• This show will run till August end and a pick up time and date will be announced closer to the date.

Entry Requirements:
• Only original artworks, photography or sculptures
• All works should be wired and ready to display (no sawtooth hangers). Works must be framed or have finished
edges.
• For 3D work, display stands are to be provided by the artist
• Up to 3 pieces of works may be submitted by individual artists for this show.
• .jpeg images are to be sent to Alphaartsguild@gmail.com in the file format: lastname_medium_size_name
• Entry Fees is $20 for this show per artist. Entry fee can be brought during artwork drop off at Avalon.

• All works submitted are the artist’s responsibility and not the responsibility of AAG or Avalon. Please review the attached waiver.
• Artwork must remain on display for the duration of the show unless sold

Artist Payment Process:
• In the event of the sale of your work or commission the artist retains 80% of the sale amount, AAG receives 20%. This is a tax deductible donation per our 501 c3 status.
• Each Artist is responsible for collecting the payment and providing 20 % of the sale amount to AAG.
